Terms of Service for BestBoost Users

Reading or otherwise using bestboost.net (“the site”, “we”, “us”) means accepting the conditions set out here. Nobody is obliged to accept them, but declining leaves one option: closing the tab.

1. What This Site Is

Game boosting services are what Best Boost covers, independently and from the outside. Our output is editorial: written assessments, ordered rankings, price research, buying guides. Boosting itself is nothing we sell, run, resell or arrange, so an order placed with a provider we cover is agreed between you and that provider alone.

2. Nature of Our Content

Ratings, positions in our tables, written reviews, quoted prices and how-to material all carry our editorial view, formed from research and real orders at the time each page went live. Read them as general information. Providers revise pricing, rules and standards constantly, so no page can be promised as exhaustive, still accurate today or free of mistakes, and none of this replaces advice from a lawyer, an accountant or any other professional.

3. Linked Providers

Some links here point to outside websites and services covered in our reviews; none of them is owned, run or controlled by us. Order from one and the agreement binds you and that provider alone, on their terms, prices and policies. What a third party sells, publishes, delivers or withholds is not something we answer for.

Also worth knowing: publishers usually forbid boosting in their rules, so an order can expose your account to penalties. That judgment call belongs to you before you buy from anyone we list, top scorers included.

4. Permitted Use

• Our text and data may not be harvested, duplicated at scale or reposted elsewhere unless we agree to it.
• Nobody may stress, scan or knock over this site or the infrastructure hosting it.
• Passing yourself off as this publication, or borrowing our material to look approved by us, is prohibited.
• Reports of errors should be truthful; forged proof will be ignored.

5. Who Owns What

We own the site's original content: the text, scores, page structure and design. Short quotes are fine if you link back to the page you took them from. Game names, service brands and their logos appear here as trademarks of their owners, used purely to identify what we review - bestboost.net works with no publisher and no boosting company, and none of them backs it.

6. Provided Without Warranty

Use of the site happens on an “as available” and “as is” footing. Every warranty that might otherwise apply, express or implied, is disclaimed - accuracy, suitability for any given purpose, non-infringement - and no undertaking is given that pages will always load or always behave.

7. Liability

Responsibility for consequential, special, indirect or incidental loss connected with this site, or with anything bought from a provider you discovered here, is excluded as far as the law will allow. That covers bans, confiscated accounts, missing data and profit never made. Whatever sliver of liability the law refuses to let us exclude is capped at the sum you have paid us for access, namely nothing.

8. When These Terms Change

Revisions to these terms happen occasionally. Whatever text stands on this page, under the effective date printed with it, is what applies; carry on using the site after a revision and the new text governs you.
